Brigadier General Edward C. Cardon, Colonel Sue A. Sandusky, and Colonel Danial D. Pick salute the troops at the Change of Command ceremony. Command of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center was tranferred from the outgoing Commandant Colonel Sandusky to the incoming Commandant Colonel Pick.
