DLIFLC Chief of Staff Steve Collins receives a coin of excellence award from Lt. Gen. James Rainey, Commander of the Combined Arms Center, on 14 January 2021. This photo was taken in the office of the DLIFLC Chief of Staff on the Presidio of Monterey during the Pandemic, which required staff to wear face masks. This visit was Rainey's first visited to DLIFLC in person, although he had conducted an earlier virtual visit in March or April 2020 at the start of the Pandemic. |
