This box of the Susan Schoeppler Records contains records regarding the assessment and evaluation of DLI, manpower broken authorizations, DoD takeover of DLI, and FORSCOM/SOUTHCOM language issues. The DLI assessment includes information on how to "fix DLI". Subjects include team teaching, personnel management, Burger King, and strengths and weaknesses of the organization. The evaluation folder contains HQS TRADOC training evaluation of the DLI and the Training Evaluation Report. The manpower broken authorizations includes documents regarding the DLI budget, faculty, and includes the Master Plan. Documents regarding the DOD takeover of DLI are available. The main goal of these document is to keep DLI in TRADOC, and provide talking points and back up information.
