This box of the 1988 Annual Command History contains records regarding various inputs. These inputs include FLO's (Final Learning Objectives), FLO's for CTS (Cryptologic Training System), Historical Summaries - Input to Historian, and INF Treaty Information/Papers. The FLO's (Final Learning Objectives) include information regarding FLO track instructor, skill requirements for General Intelligence Training System (GITS) Linguistics, and a guidance on staffing for the proposed FLO.
