The Annual Command History (ACH) Files are collected specifically for writing the annual command histories. The command history files have generally been filed into broad topical categories according to ACH chapter structure.
This collection contains materials used in chapters 2 and 3. The documents in Chapter 2 include information regarding accreditation, distance learning, Program Budget Decision (PBD) 753, and Proficiency Enhancement Program (PEP).
The documents in Chapter 3 generally relate to Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) Language Options, attrition, low density languages, Proficiency Enhancement Program (PEP), DLIFLC reorganization, provost annual report, and team teaching policy.
Specific documents and topics available in Chapter 2 folders are the Monte Vista and Larkin School Leases, immersion training, American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) vs. DLI, Voluntary Separation Incentive Pay (VSIP), MILCON, Modernization, 09L Program, Institutional Review Board (IRB), unfair labor practice, Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) certification, green card issues

The DLI reorganization information includes designing a new organization, realignment of roles and responsibilities, and legitimize new organizational structure for internal and external organizations.
The date range of the documents is 1991 to 2006, with the bulk from 2002-2005.
