This box of the1987 Command History Collection contains correspondence between Col. Poch and Command Historian James McNaughton as well as a draft of the Commandant's end-of-tour interview. Included is a letter to Col. Poch from David J. Shoemaker regarding Poch's management style and the automation program that Shoemaker was working on for the DLI. There is a hand written note by the historian about a CID investigation against Col. Poch regarding allegations of homosexuality. The date range for these documents is 1987-1990. |
