The Annual Command History (ACH) Files are collected specifically for writing the annual command histories. The command history files have generally been filed into broad topical categories according to ACH chapter structure.

The unfinanced requirements folder contains documents regarding the unfinanced requirements that are trying to obtain the commander's approval to fund them. unfinanced requirements include hiring plan for teaching faculty, spanish computerized homework, institute lifecycle furniture replacement, and Aiso Library ILS software/installation.
Documents regarding safety include the TRADOC safety structure and the contracting safety program. Information regarding the security police contains significant activities from 1996-2000. Also included are deaths, attempted suicides, and arrests.
The BASOPS decision involves a single base operations support system in Monterey, with the DLI/FLC becoming a tenant activity. With the responsibility for foreign language training assigned to the Defense Agency. Also discussed is the DLI Interservice Support Agreement (ISA) with the NPS to provide the Public Works support. The reductions to the Public Works Navy Interservice Support agreement (ISSA) are also included.
