The Annual Command History (ACH) Files are collected specifically for writing the annual command histories. The command history files have generally been filed into broad topical categories according to ACH chapter structure. This box of the Annual Command History (ACH) Files contains records regarding FORA Business Plan, FORA EDC (Economic Development Conveyance), FORA land use concept, and FORA Legislation. . The FORA business plan consist of the FORA Development and Resource Management Plan (DRMP), and the master plan. The FORA EDC (Economic Development Conveyance) consists of FORA's business plan and application for the transfer of the property, along with pertinent background and supporting information. Also included in the folder is the North-South Road/Highway 218 EDA funded Gateway Project information. The FORA land use concept folder contains land maps of land development.
