Contents include a variety of videos pertaining to the subject of the Nisei Linguists experience prior to and during World War II. Some of the media resources also in addition discuss and bring to light Japanese American experiences following the conclusion of World War II. Many show the importance that Japanese American soldiers that served during the conflict had on the outcome of the war.
Other than the videos described above, there is an interview with McNaugton dated to 7 Nov. 1994 and a cassette recording of six speeches given during WWII, including Arrival in Melbourne, Lt. General Wainwright's Surrender, I Have Returned, Liberation of Manila, Japanese Surrender, and VJ Day Broadcast.
Videos were removed from the collection and are now housed with the archives video collection.
