This box of the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Records contains records regarding Fort Ord land transfers (including Transfer Execution Plan and Annex Cost Issues), BRAC lessons learned, City of Marina and Seaside issues, Hayes hospital and Stilwell Hall issues, and BRAC issues from Col. Sebichevsky's files.
Information about Fort Ord land transfers includes a facilities briefing, newspaper articles, maps of Fort Ord redevelopment, and POM BRAC Parcel disposal matrix. Specific newspaper articles topics include Esselen tribe bid for land, Marina Ord housing, nature preserves, agencies and schools bid for land, and DLI transfer. The POM Transfer Execution plan is also available, which details the transfer of Fort Ord from FORSCOM to TRADOC responsibility.
